Can I Amend My Shipping or Billing Detalis?
It is not recommended to modify your shipping or billing address after you have placed an order. During the order processing phase, please communicate your desire to our Customer Service Department at support@samadress.com as soon as possible if you would want to make a modification. We can ship the package to the new address if it hasn’t been shipped yet. It will not be possible to alter the shipping details while the shipment is in route, though, if it has already been shipped.

How do I know if my payment has been received?
Once your payment has been received, we will send you a notification email to inform you about the order. You can also visit support@samadress.com and log into your customer account to check the order status at any time. If Samadress has received payment, the order status will show “Processing”.
Do you offer an invoice?
Indeed. The invoice will be emailed to you as soon as we receive an order and payment is approved.

You should receive an email tracking your shipment confirmation number 24-48 hours after we ship out your product.

You will receive a tracking number and an email confirmation as soon as your order ships.
*Please give yourself one to three business days after receiving a shipment notification for the tracking details to update in the courier’s system.
